Sign Allowances:

•Maximum Free-Standing Sign Size- 2' feet by 2' feet (4 square feet)
•Two per yard, One off-site

Sign Regulations:

•No signs shall be placed on public property, utilities poles, trees or private property without the consent of the owner.
•All signs shall be removed within 24 hours of the ending date of Garage Sale Mania.
•You will be assessed $5.00 per sign for any sign requiring city removal after 24 hours.

The Imlay City Area Chamber of Commerce will notify the City of all registered garage sale locations. Your payment to be included in our event is your understanding and compliance of the ordinance. The complete ordinance is available below.
