Membership dues for the Imlay City Area Chamber of Commerce are due on the last day of the month of your membership anniversary each year. Dues are assessed on a yearly basis and are non-refundable.
New members applying for Chamber membership will be assessed a one-time onboarding fee of $25. This fee covers administrative costs for processing membership information, updating the Chamber's website, notifying members of the new addition, and promoting the new member on social media.
Invoice Due Date: Membership dues must be paid by the last day of the month of the member's anniversary.
Late Payment Penalties:
If a member's membership is terminated due to non-payment and they wish to reapply, the $25 onboarding fee will be reassessed. This fee is required to cover the administrative expenses of reprocessing the membership.
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that payment is made by the due date. Failure to update contact information or notify the Chamber of payment issues does not excuse members from late fees or termination.

By maintaining membership with the Imlay City Area Chamber of Commerce, members acknowledge and agree to adhere to this membership dues policy.
